Once you have determined you are within our service area, please fill out the contact form. Be sure to include name, e-mail, phone, address, service and service dates requested.

After filling out and submitting the contact form, you will be set up with a free account. This app will be used to schedule appointments, process payments and communicate with us.

Once we have connected via phone call, we will set up a meet & greet. This is to ensure we are a great fit for your family and get more detailed information about your pet(s). Please be sure to have a duplicate house key made before the visit.

After the meet & greet and we have collected all the information needed to provide the best care for your pet(s), you can now request services with Pet Steppers on your downloaded app or in the Time to Pet client portal.
